Question: My yamaha ct 175 wouldn't start i've tried the obvious.?

Im trying to get this bike up and running. It has been parked for bout 3 years in the Garage. Ive cleaned out the carb, got new spark plug and battery, checked the ignition coil, cleaned the points. I dont get a spark for the plug or the plug cable. I have run outta options, please help. Thanks.

Try cleaning the wire connectors for the ignition coil. and some times the wires in the spark plug wire will break at the cap. Ngk caps just screw on and sometimes break the wires just cut the wire back a bit and screw it back on. also us dielectric grease on all connectors.
