Question: Can i register my 150cc moped as a moped or do i need a motorcycle license in michigan?

I don't want to get into any trouble or anything, so please help me out. I want to be able to just register it as a moped.

Yep, motorcycle anything over 50cc, over 35mph, more than 2hp OR that doesnt have automatic trasmission requires the motorcycle licensings. its not hard to get though and you can take the test on the 150cc SCOOTER (it's not a moped if no pedals dawg)

Anything over 50cc has to b registered and tagged as a motorcycle.....
