I got it runing for just a little and rode it down the street in first gear and it shut off and i kept tuning the carb and it would start but when i would give it gas it would die and even without the choke now it doesnt even start no more and it is a 2003 honda 50

What do you mean by "tuning the carb "? If you were adjusting the screws on the carburettor, then it is probably way off from the settings it needs to run properly. See if a local shop can give you the factory settings. These settings are usually described as "screw in until seated, then back out x number of turns ". If not, you can either take it to the shop so they can set it right, or you can do it yourself if you order the service manual, but most such manuals are about $100. In the future, don't adjust something without knowing what you're doing, or, at least, take note of what the setting is before you change it.
