It's an Orange County Chopper built in 2007. It's the first green chopper created by Paul Teutul Sr. and sons. It runs on E85, a mixture of 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline. The custom chopper was unveiled at the Iowa Corn Indy 250 and later raffled off.

The whole point of a chopper is for the bike to be one-of-a-kind, so the notion of a general classification system for choppers is contradictory. Having said that, there are trends, and this one tends towards the Pro Street rather than the classic chopper look. That is: a frame that is very long but not all that high up front.
