Question: Kawasaki motorcycle/ bmw e39 question?

When I turn 16 I'm obviously gona be looking for a vehicle. Idealy I'd get a bmw e39 but I don't have that money yet, so I was looking at the Kawasaki 250R, it has 249 cc's. will I be able to ride/ get one at 16? And in the furture if I move to a different country (Germany, or New Zealand) can I bring the vehicle (s) with me?

Wo ist da? depends on state or country you're in if you can ride large bike at 16- the UK posters seem to be stuck with 50ccs at that age? As for bringing to another country? From where? How old will bike be? Most countries will let you bring personal vehicle but may require some changes to meet their traffic/ emissions codes- some of military people in church have had to change lights and mufflers when going to Germany to pass inspection for local license / insurance for civil type use, not sure about New Zealand
