I seen a huge poster of a man on a motorcycle. I really want it. I dont remember what its called though. All i can tell you was it was an older picture, maybe from a movie. It was a man with side burns, and shortish hair blowing in the wind, young, he was hot, riding a motorcycle. I want to say the picture may have been black and white. Why are the turn signals on my motorcycle not flashing?
I have a 1978 Honda CB125s in great condition with a 6v electrical system. While there are some carb issues I'm working out, I'm concerned with my turn signals. All the bulbs work, but when you flick the switch they slowly turn on and stay on. They seem a little brighter and mildly quicker to light when the engine's running with a little throttle. I've fully charged the 2yo battery, and replaced the flasher relay with an NOS item. What else should I check or flat out replace?

I'm looking for a German style motorcycle helmet. I ordered one but it sits too high on my head and doesn't look right. It's much thicker than what I expected like Darth Vader sized as opposed to trim barely bigger than your head like you see in the movies. I would like one that is more low profile
Am Legally liable for lien on motorcycle?
Unfortunately I bought a bike yrs ago in NY with a lien on the title. It was old and I had no intentions of selling it. I even called the lien company and someone said there was no lien remaining. The bike was sold several times before me without issue.I have subsequently relocted to TX and now getting it titled and registed here is an issue because it is apparently a " Title Holding State" , which means they would send the title to the lien company and not me if I tried to register it.This was a non issue in NY because we would simply get the title mailed to us from the DMV instead of them mailing it to the lien company but TX is apparently a different story. They said they will take my NY title and send the TX title to the lien company who has never heard of me and I will have no title in my posseision. So I thought it would be best to get the title release letter from the company first so that TX would mail me the title. I contacted the company and they asked me to fax a request for a lien release letter. But then I got to thinking...if it turns out that there is still a lien on this bike, will the company now say that the lien is my legal responsibilty because I own the bike now? I know they would have a claim to the bike and they could come get it but would I be legally responsible for the debt i.e. affect my credit report, etc... I know now I shouldn't have bought it without the title clear anyway but I was much younger back then and not smart about these things. My question is could the company make me officially and legally liable for the lien affect my credit report, etc... if one exists?What could they do once I fax them all my info for the release letter and it turns out that a lien does exist? Can we please skip the " Your so supid" , " it sucks to be you" and " that's your problem now" comments. This we all already know. What I don't know is what is the worse case scenario here? Does anyone know?

im looking for a motorcycle that i could use for cross country trips. it has to be reliable, cheap preferably a 1000 or less , and get good gas mileage. what would you recommend? it doesnt have to be anything fancy
Motorcycle leaking gas?? *With Pictures*?
Ok, I added pictures this time. I got some great answers, but my problem is I don't know all the technical terms yall were telling me about. Like a petcock and stuff. I'm sure I will learn eventually . My 1998 Kawasaki Vulcan classic 800cc is leaking gas out of the bottom of my bike. I'm an inexperienced rider, so I have no idea why this is happening. The tube the gas is coming out of is rubbery and black. I know that isn't much help, but I'm hoping somebody else has experienced this and will let me know what to do. Thank you ...Also, I have a service and repair manual, but I cannot find my problem in the book. The leak is not a steady stream, it's more like a dribble. This first photo is where the end of the tube is where the gas is dribbling out. If you notice how much gas is in the bowl it gives you a good idea of how much gas leaked out. However, more gas leaked out before I could add the bowl. Motorcycle for a SMALL girl?
I want to get a street bike. im 5 feet even, about 92lbs. what would be a good bike to look at getting? My husband has a gxsr 600 and Ive always been interested.
Motorcycle tire size?
I have a 1998 Honda Nighthawk 750 and am ordering a new front tire for it. I see that the factory size is a 110 80 R18, but the size of the tire thats on it is a 110 90 R18. Will I notice any difference, or will there be any issues with going with the larger sidewall tire?
