Starting up a motorcycle after winter storage. how?
I have not used my motorcycle since about two months ago, now school time is upon me and i cant get it to start my battery is almost dead, from the couple attempts i took to start it, and i dont wana do the get out and push method to recharge it.what are possible ways to start up my bike? will putting it under the sun for a couple hours work? i assumed using V power 'super' fuel would help me avoid this problem when i try to restart itlet me add, the battery is not dead, the motorcycle is new and only had 300 miles on it. but yes i left the battery inside during the storage
What are the best tires for motorcycles?
I have a GSXR 750 and the tires are getting pretty worn. I was wondering in opinion or in fact, who carries the best tires for a sport bike crotch rocket? Michellin? Firestone? Anything? These tires are the only thing touvhing the ground when im riding, so i want the best i can get.

How can you tell if your motorcycle ('06 GSX-R600) needs a new alternator (aka: "generator")?
I just bought a brand new battery three months ago and had the dealership install it. Things were great until I noticed my bike was having a difficult time starting. Eventually it wouldn't start at all. It was acting as if the battery had died. Well, I hooked the battery up to a charging unit I own in hopes of charging the battery. It appeared as if it was working, but not for long. Now, today, I hooked it up the charger to start it, got it started, and noticed something while the bike was running in neutral and on it's stand , my headlights were very dim. I even gave the bike a little gas thinking it would increase the brightness and nothing. So, I turned on the high beams and sure enough, the bike's engine died. I'm concluding that it's not the battery and that it's the bike's alternator which I just found out is called the " generator" on motorcycles . I'd hate to spend a bunch of money on a diagnostics when I could simply apply that money towards repair work. HELP And thanks.

Hi, i live in los angeles and own a 01 kawasaki ninja with about 13000 miles on it. I've taken it to 1 mechanic so far and he charged me a bundle for the repairs. I'm looking to go to los angeles trade tech college to learn about motorcycle repair so i can mantain the bike myself and make sure that good quality work and going inside of it. What schools programs or classes do you guys recommend?? thanks a lot

Motorcycle module one test?
Hi,I have my motorcycle module one test booked for the 14th. I'm a little worried though. I was informed I would be supplied a motorcycle to do my test on by the test centre.But now I'm not so sure, the advice I was given was only over the internet by a person on youtube who made motorcycle module one practice videos.Does anybody know if I have to supply my own motorcycle or will the test centre provide one as it's off road, like they did for my CBT.Thanks in advance
What does it mean when your Motorcycle is leaking water?
I Have a Honda Shadow Spirit 750 and it's leaking water. I haven't rode it untill today but have been starting it. So after I went for a ride today, I noticed it was leaking because I could see the coolant on the floor.
